ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

负责艾利丹尼森常州工厂涂布/分切工艺能力的建立与维护，包括搅拌工艺，涂布工艺，分切工艺的维护与优化。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. 参与新涂布线的建设，调试，验收工作；

2. 建立与维护涂布，拌胶与分切有关的工艺文件，如建立操作SOP，工艺参数与培训现场员工等；

3. 参与新产品的开发, 负责涂布线新产品项目的试验规划，追踪，总结以及优化

4. 负责或参与与工艺相关的SQDC的改善项目，如提高一次合格率，提高生产速度，提高良率，降低能耗等优化项目；

5. 负责或参与与工艺相关的设备升级改造项目；

6. 负责或参与工艺问题解决手册的编写与培训；

7. 与EHS、生产、 维修等部门合作， 完善并持续更新PSM相关信息

8. 其他相关任务。

1.机械，控制，化工类专业本科以上学历,5-10年相关行业工作经验；

2 独立的规划，组织，解决，汇报项目的能力；

3. 具备创新性，能提出突破常规的想法；愿意学习，且自学能力强；

4. 具备很强的执行力，在遇到工作困难的时候能有迎难而上的精神力；

5. 团队协作能力与沟通能力强，能通过沟通寻求外部资源以支持工作或项目前进；

6. 逻辑思考能力强，能有自己的想法与理论；

7. 具备六西格玛项目经验，熟悉APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC等质量工具的优先；

8. 对ISO9001, IATF16949标准有一定了解；

9. 有一定英文书面表达与口头表达能力。
