职位描述

  • As hiring process owner, optimize and maintain the hiring channels and responsible for personal marketing activity.
  • Work with Business Manager to position the talent requirement and understand the needs;
  • Assist with staffing plan, conduct recruiting and selection;
  • Employee onboarding process and contract management;
  • Employee master data maintain and P file management.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis;
  • Training needs analysis and collection, conduct new employee orientation and coordinate annual training activities.
  • HR activities like company culture related activities.
  • Other assignments from manager

职位要求

·       Have 3-5 years’ solid experience in HR hiring and training field, BPO industry and foreign fund corporation preferred.

·       Proficient on English speaking ,writing ,reading ,listening

·       High energy level sense of urgency & the ability to work well under pressure

·       Must be self-motivated and able to achieve quickly and efficiently the mission

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Time management skills
