As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving planning, organizing and managing activities to achieve successful completion of projects in the NAM organization to ensure commitments on quality, scope, time and budget are met. You will work closely with IT Managers, Vendors and stakeholders to help define and shape strategic projects across the Americas Region. Communication with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates. Contribute to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas. Conduct business observations and facilitate focus group sessions, vision exercises, and design review sessions. Development of Use Cases Detailed requirements development. Assistance with project scoping and planning. Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs Translate and develop business requirements into technical specification documents, describing the technical approach to addressing the business needs.
