What will you be doing:

• The Sales Coordinator is an experienced, hospitality and adminstrative professional responsible for performing general Sales and Marketing office responsibilities and supporting the administrative tasks.

• Tasks include filing, sending sending verbal, written and electronic correspondence to clientele, typing, faxing, copying, answering phone calls and assisting clients with any event and meeting requests.

• Additional responsibilities include interacting with clientele where necessary and as assigned.  

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and problem solving skills that allow you to carefully accomplish assigned tasks. Strong administrative skills.

• An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism. 

• A can-do, positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others.

• Creativity is a plus and flexible schedule.

• A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, challenging, exciting environment.
