This exciting role offers opportunity to: lead Indonesia finance team, and support sales operation including Customer service and supply chain. It is a critical business partner supporting country manager to achieve the sales and financial objectives. Manage and support finance/ accounting for business activities and lead monthly closing. Develop and coordinate forecast, monthly financial reconciliations, reporting and analysis for the organization, manage on the cashflow. Manage and ensure tax (VAT, WHT, CIT..) are compliance with the local tax requirement including tax filing. Strong commercial knowledge manages on customer credit limit review and support project bidding on financial terms review and project merging tracking. Review, analyze financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reporting prepared for the organization. Interpret, implement, and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with GAAP and local statutory requirements. Support internal and external audit at site. Understand the needs and issues of the business and advise the commercial leader the potential business impact on operating strategies, cost control, process improvements, business decisions. Preparation and presentation of financial data to the leadership team. (including monthly updates, etc.). Monitor achievement against plan, advise management of deviations and recommend action plans to re-establish performance objectives in line with agreed targets. Ensure appropriate commercial and risk management processes are in place and support the business in the management of material commercial judgments and actions. Build people, process and system capabilities to drive continuous improvements. Support Ad-hoc Financial Projects – Such as system upgrading/Implementation, legal entity projects, etc. Qualifications CPA qualified At least 10 years’ finance experience of which at least 5 years must be at Financial Manager level Experience in a similar industry will be advantageous, as will internationally experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in financial management and accounting, preferably developed in a distribution, import/export, or product-related environment. Suitable candidates will possess broad accounting skills and should ideally be highly computer literate. US GAAP Familiarity with the Indonesia statutory reporting requirements in both accounting and tax requirement Strong commercial knowledge can support for customer credit and contract payment term review Experience in SAP is preferred Good in English Possesses good interpersonal relationship skills and influencing ability Proven track record in staff management and extensive experience in a sales and marketing and distribution environment.
