Job Description

"Distributor management:

1 PO management to make sure that the channel he/she takes care of will deliver the monthly and yearly target.
2 Sell out management to make sure that GMV is inline with the sell-in to avoid overstock in the warehouse.
3 Allocate resources to where it's needed and then conduct finance reimbursement accordingly based on the actual spending with solid document proof.
Stock management with support from supply team, building the stock in line with sellout.  4 Clear out stocks timely when is needed to avoid any write off.
5 Conduct the yearly BP with distributors, monthly business review to adjust the strategy and optimize the business timely.

Operation management:
1 Motivate the TP team to make them fully devoted to the business. Support, coach, supervise during the process to make sure the money that spend counts.
2 Marketing: give guidelines on promotion,first-hour or first N mechanism and other related issues.
3 Paid traffic: make sure we bring in as much organic traffic as we can with lowest CPC(点击计费) and CPM(展示曝光计费). Adjust the combination (Diamond display, direct train, super-recommendation, brand zone...) and tag from time to time based on MKT guidance and consumer profile from store backend.
4 Price maintenance: supervise the price structure, particular the HERO product price. Make sure we have a synced price structure with B2B.
5 Private domain management: CRM management, WeTao, Guangguang, JD Cheguanjia, Bosch million club, to make sure the outmost consumer retention and engagement.
6 Customer service management: make sure the customer service team is professional enough to provide service to end consumer by conduct campion and training work on his/her own or with the support from MKT&Channel team.
7 Visual: make sure the visual is good enough to reduce bounce-rate and also inline with MKT guidance. Including but not limited to: Main photos, Short videos, PDP, Mini-detail...
8 Annual calendar development to make sure a strategic rhythm in terms of activities and campaigned that will be carried out both in-platform and out-platform. The annual calendar is inline with MTK calendar and TP's execution calendar.
9 BP: conduct the yearly BP with TP and monthly business review to adjust the strategy and optimize the investment timely.

Platform management:
1 Visit Tmall, JD, PDD on aquarterly basis to leverage support from platform category managers and Bosch. Get as much information as we can to adjust our product/Hero strategy. Get their support in terms of warehouse space allocation for big events/ Bosch online product strategy
2 Facilitate when support is need by distributor and TP when the come across difficulties engaging with Platforms.

Collaboration:
1 Be the key contact windows between internal and external, facilitate when is needed.
Forge a tight-bound team with MKT to conduct MKT, sales, planning and budgeting related issue.
2 Work with finance in terms of supplier code set-up, monthly accrual, monthly reimbursement and so on.
3 Work with supply team to plan yearly FCST, monthly FCST and clear out the stock in Bosch warehouse, distributor warehouse and sell out."

Qualifications

1 Familiar with Tmall/JD/PDD business logic and rule
2 Distributor management/Operation mgmt/Plateform mgmt
3 Allocate resources to where it's needed and then conduct finance reimbursement accordingly based on the actual spending with solid document proof.
4 Go-get attitude with always be able to give proposals instead of being asked to execute details. Take initiatives to solve problems and get help for main stakeholders instead of excuse for not have the right material.
5 Teamwork and win spirit what form a close team with other functions. Forge a tight-bound team with product, sales, channel, planning and budgeting related issue.

Experience Needed if any:
1 Expert in E-commerce B2C sales management or at least experience in Tao/JD E-commerce.
2 Experience of developing a brand in ecommerce from 0 to 1 is a plus advantage.
3 Experience in distributor management, TP management. Build trust with them and forge good cooperation with them, knowing what they care and normally how to drive them to accomplish a target.
4 Expert in platform activities and paid traffic, know where to invest and what to focus, based on which to make plan and allocate resources.
5 Minimum of 5 years working experience in Ecommerce/FMCG/Automotive ecommerce industries.

1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Sciences, Economics is preferred
