博世汽车部件（苏州）有限公司成立于1999年，同时是4个博世产品事业部的业务场所：汽车电子事业部，底盘控制事业部，汽车多媒体事业部和PA-ATMO3事业部—设备制造事业部。苏州博世已经通过TS 16949质量体系认证, 被授予高新技术企业的称号。坐落于星龙街的研发技术中心也被江苏省政府评为重点研发中心。截至2012年，博世共有6500名不同技术背景的高度专业化的员工，保证了各个事业部的业务增长。

• Give training to other technicians

Technical:

• Mechanical assembly of stations and subassembly groups
• 设备的机械部分安装及机械组件安装
• Check all arrived mechanical parts
• 检查物料到货状态
• Prepare related tools before mechanical assembly
• 安装前的工具准备
• Work closely with project team and complete projects on time 
• 和项目团队紧密工作，按时完成机械安装
• Compliance to relevant Bosch and Local regulations related to equipment/process build
• Support to maintain workshop equipments and tools in orderly and good condition.
• Manage mechanical parts
• Manage mechanical drawing during build
• Record changes during build
• Keep good 5S and no missing parts 
• Support stations/lines try-out
• Request standard materials to be ordered  

Quality/Cost Management:

• Support improvement activities for QCD KPIs
• Maintain 5S system and standards in MAE workshop

• 统招大专及以上学历，自动化、机械相关专业
• 1年以上相关工作经验，优秀者可放宽至应届毕业生
• 了解基本的机械装配和安装原理
• 良好的沟通能力，英语读写能力良好
• 能接受适量的出差
