The Logistics Specialist´s primary job is to handle the inbound shipments of electronic components, modules, and semi-finished goods, maintain the spare stock and ensure their organized storage and stocking at our facilities. Additionally, the Logistics Specialist works with the remote logistics team to handle outbound shipments of finished goods. The role includes maintaining the necessary records and providing the needed reports and shipment request information and involvement in inbound quality control. You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by Ensuring structured handling of all inbound materials from arrival till their use, handling the needed records; Ensure that finished goods are prepared for outbound delivery, including picking, packaging, and handling the required documentation and data. Additionally, the Logistics Specialist can take part in inbound QA, and influence the in-house logistics processes. What do you need to realize what matters? Secondary/high school graduate or technician in electronics or logistics; Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing and/or shipment handling; Track record of detailed handling of administrative tasks; Experience in an electronics development, manufacturing or repair environment; Exposure to inbound electronics QA is a definite plus; Intermediary English interpersonal skills (oral, written); Good user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel); A structured personality with attention to detail and precision in work.
