YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
• Previous resort experience and F&B Background is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Slavic language fluency is a plus
• Outstanding sales skills
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
• Service and quality minded

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
• Coordination of the golf course with IMG
• Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
• Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
