We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Solution Delivery Team based in Shanghai.This role will support the delivery of IT Solutions for the Global Logistics business with the objective of delivering end to end customer solution implementations efficiently and effectively. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Develop effective stakeholder relationships to ensure collaboration in the project planning and design phases, and throughout the life cycle. Establish ongoing engagement and information flow to manage expectations. 
•    Analyze business requirements and align to strategic objectives to ensure optimum IT solutions against the agreed budget and timeframes.
•    Evaluate end to end requirements, including business process and solution options and validate with stakeholders. 
•    Translate business requirements into a customer specific IT system solution. Document system test cases, customer specific system SOP's and EDI data field mapping preparation in collaboration with the integration and product team.
•    Support solution implementation tasks: testing (SIT), key user training, and system process mapping as required by the project.
•    Identify potential risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies in the development of solutions. Create functional requirement document on how to address them.
 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. 7+ years’ experience working as a business analyst on Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) projects – specifically in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management industry.
2. Strong understanding of contract logistics operations and working knowledge of Warehouse/Transport Management Systems.
3.  Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities, highly skilled in elicitation techniques and experienced in requirements gathering. 
4. Experience in working in agile environments and multi-disciplinary teams.
5. Presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
6.  Degree qualified in Information Systems or Logistics Management (or equivalen), PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable.
