• Leading the team for daily operation, cooperate with manufacturing process team to reach the targets of cost, quality and delivery with the means of lean production, quality improvement, daily leadership routing, Industry 4.0, etc.
• Be responsible for the team members’ development and related competence development.
• Be responsible for testing processes and line including change management, and customer projects industrialization.
• Be part of the global manufacturing network, contact window for international production network for testing, improving the testing performance, local standardization, quality and cost as well contributing to the global continuous improvements.
• Driving the implementation of I4.0 technologies into manufacturing environment with focus on statistical data analysis, advanced data analytics, data visualization and machine learning
• Leading management of manufacturing type data in MES system Technical launch overall management

Authority ：

• Leadership and personal performance management of the section.
• Project leader for technical launch and I4.0 implementation within MOE.

• Master / Bachelor .
• >8 years, automotive industry background, leadership experience >3 years.

• Manufacturing process knowledge, especially with testing processes, knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning including related software, people leadership, technical project leadership.
