Senior Procurement Officer Supply Chain & Management Responsibilities: · Support site P2P procurement including Identify the potential products/solutions/services supplier according to Engineers requirements, Contract · T&C negotiation, carry out & comply to procurement process, negotiate & monitor delivery to meet project schedule, etc. · Qualify potential supplier in accordance with Supply Chain guidelines · Deploy different supply chain platforms to achieve cost savings · Perform cost analysis, price negotiation & make recommendation to management · Subcontract preparation & negotiation · Monitor supplier delivery, product quality and take remedial action whenever necessary · Perform periodical supplier evaluation in accordance with guideline · Prepare annual budget & periodic forecast on procurement related KPIs · Prepare & submit all procurement related reports on regular & ad hoc basis · Identify performance gap & propose remedial action · Other activities assigned by your direct manager Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines · 3-5 years or above related work experience in supply chain management, with MNC is preferred · Experienced in SAP, Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint etc · Strong organizing ability, independent, result-driven and committed · Good communication and negotiation skills, self-initiative and a good team player · Able to work under pressure and details-oriented · Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Remarks: · The candidate will be employed by outsourced company How to Apply: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
