Ihre Aufgaben: Pflege und Verwaltung des Zeitwirtschaftssystems (Zeiterfassung, Fehlzeiten) Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Gehaltsabrechnung Unterstützung im Bereich Personalentwicklung insbesondere durch Organisation, Verwaltung und Auswertung von Trainingsmaßnahmen Mitarbeit in HR Projekten Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement Interne Kommunikation Betreuung der Gebiete Versicherung und betriebliche Altersvorsorge Bewerberadministration Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeiter/innen Bescheinigungswesen sowie Erstellung von Zeugnissen und Verträgen Erledigung der administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen des Personalbereichs Qualifications Ihre Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit; Kenntnisse in der Gehaltsabrechnung Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht Teamfähigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufgeschlossenheit Hohe Eigenmotivation, selbständiges Arbeiten und Organisationsstärke Flexibilität und Aufgeschlossenheit für neue und wechselnde Aufgabenstellungen Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel) What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
