Take responsibility:

1. Cross-products requirement analysis in Doors,
2. Create Test Specifications based on SW system requirements,
3. Setup test tools and check readiness of test infrastructure,
4. Close cooperation with SW Project Team, execution, evaluation and documentation test results.
5. Continuous improvement of existing test environment and procedures,
6. Close cooperation with international HIL team to support development of the test platform for new projects.

Create something new:

1. Test Implementation in an automated Test Environment
2. Development of Cross chassis domain controller products test programs and sequences for automation Test System.  
3. Roll-out of test concepts and test cases to the domain controller products by cooperation with global team.  

Reliable implementation:

1. Support other SW developers the Review of requirements or architectural design elements and related verification criteria in order to ensure testability.                          
2. Mentoring other SW developers to ramp up independent test competence in SW team.

1.    At least 5 years as tester on the Automotive Industry or as test project responsible. Candidate must have following knowledge and skills:

2.    Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering

3.    Experience in preparation, automation and execution of test specifications/scripts

4.    Experience in usage of Test and Measurement equipment

5.    Hands on experience in test development and Test Automation

6.    Programming languages: C++, C, Python.   

7.    Configuration management tools experience (like Git, Tortoise SVN, MKS).

8.    Requirement analysis and tools experience (Doors).

9.    Scripting and automation techniques experience (Perl/Python).

10. CAPL scripting experience recommended

11. Knowledge of Vector tools like CANoe, CANape

12. System testing skills with HIL exposure

13. Awareness on automotive protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, UDS, CAN-FD

14. Awareness on Autosar framework/standards

15. Knowledge in Automotive Safety Standards (ISO26262) and Processes (ASPICE) is a plus.

16. Problem solving skills (Advanced: independent solver, able to help others).

17.   Team work and intercultural orientation.

18. Very Good communication skills (English, written and spoken).

19. Responsible and committed to handle tasks independently.

20. Adaptability and initiative.
