- Be the EPQ of focus project to lead test manager and project manager in quality assurance activities
- Coach project teams regarding the quality aspects of management and supporting processes
- Check formal correctness of the project management plan (PMP), verify contained process deviations and document risks
- Participate in project reviews with management
- Check compliance of management and supporting processes, evaluate content of created work products
- Moderate QG meetings
- Approve the formal correctness of the FMEA release
- Support project team in complaint handling
- Support project manager in customer communication regarding quality aspects
- Report project quality status (e.g. traffic light,...)
- Support projects regarding product development code (safety, security, compliance)
-- Spot check of specific customer requirements with respect to quality and product development code related topics in addition to technical feasibility done by project team
-- Perform spot checks regarding product development code
-- Accompany and formal check of codex suspicion cases
-- Act as first level support on project level regarding quality and product development code related topics
-- Follow further BU specific procedures (e.g. C-SSD checks, compliance locked function checks etc.)

- Knowledge of project management (project planning and tracking, risk management)
- Knowledge of QA methods (e.g. QG, FMEA)
- Knowledge of Bosch compliance rules
- Knowledge of legal aspects (e.g. Product Liability)
- Knowledge of Problem resolution and associated methods (e.g. 5xWhy, 8D Problem Solving)
- Experience in engineering / product development, especially in SW development; Experience of ASPICE is preferred
- Fluency in English required
