Job Description
Job Summary Acts as a senior technical advisor for UPS systems, EnergyAware and infrastructures around them. Provides training and coaching to colleagues and customers regarding UPS technologies and systems. Job Responsibilities Support internal sales organizations and customers with technical and commercial UPS and EnergyAware support requests across the EMEA region Takes lead on supporting EnergyAware product with respective product manager and participates on customer/aggregator/utility company projects/negotations Support sales offices and customers in finding technical solution and bid creation with complex and non-routine requests Analyze customer requirements, make quotations and supporting material and design UPS solutions together with other stake holders (R&D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, Suppliers etc.) Work in close contact and cooperation with key customers, consultants and contractors to understand their product design needs and support Eaton EMEA 3-phase growth objectives Act as a technical expert and a host for customer visits, witness tests and demonstrations Create training material and train and coach colleagues Act as a technical advisor and represent Eaton in customer meetings, company trade shows and events globally Act as an ambassador for new products and technologies, promoting them to sales offices and customers Handle stress and customers tight deadlines professionally in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Qualifications Education level required: Min. B.Sc degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Years and area of experience required: 5-8 years of experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry Technical knowledge: Technical knowledge on power electronics and three phase electrical systems and solutions Comprehensive understanding of UPS technologies, systems and infrastructures around them Fluency in English and basics in Finnish Soft skills: High work ethic, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Teamwork, Adaptability, Ability to handle client issues professionally in challenging circumstances #LI-DM1 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
