1. Analyze mechanical design related customer requirement

2. Develop mechanical concept according to customer requirement and Bosch internal requirement

3. Apply product engineering method (e.g. DBRFM, FAM, FMEA, DFMA) during mechanical development phase

4. Realization of concept in 3D-Model with Cre/O

5. Initiate simulation activity via technical risk finding and ensure simulation fits to real application

6. Propose/Define manufacturing flow

7. Generate drawings and component specifications

8. Perform technical discussion with supplier and ensure the component quality collaborated with purchasing and supplier

9. Approve purchased parts for use in validation

10. Support release of purchased parts for series

11. Support line setup and sample build

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or materials science, master is preferred

2. 3 years’ experience above

3. Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation

4. Good English both in written and spoken

5. Automotive experience is preferred

6. Power electronics product experience is preferred

7. DRBFM, Top-down modeling, Die-casting part design and process, FEA experience is preferred
