Ensure that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts.

What you will be doing:

• IT Officer supports for operational, maintenance and efficiency of the Computer Hardware and Software. Supervise the software use, and safeguard recorded data
• Verify data computer data base are periodically updated, saved/backed up periodically – daily, weekly, monthly or as frequently as required.
• Solve internet and email problems for users and hotel guests.
• Create, modify, delete user accounts of hotel applications (Opera, Micros, A-Club, E-Pay, and Sun) for hotel users.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by General Manager from time to time
•  

Your experience and skills include:

• Relevant sales experience is an asset
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
