Job Description
· Develop overall brand strategy for MS product independently and enforce annual marketing plan to achieve Biogen as a
leading player of the industry
· Participate in designing and updating long-term strategic plans and work with the management to define and tailor in a
timely manner strategies for MS product portfolio
· Design MKT tactics/materials and implement effective MKT programs and promotion activities align with proper strategy to
achieve maximun commercialization of the product
· Cross functional engagement to ensure critical elements built in brand strategy and tactical plans
· Collect and analyze market data, avail adequate market research results to identify the needs of different customers and
transform such needs into strategies and action plans
· Provide trainings to sales force to enable their understanding of responsible product
· Manage good relationship with the KMEs and relevant stakeholders
Brand Strategy
· Extend the current strategy to fully incorporate the Broad label
opportunity across China
· Strengthen our understanding of the MS market, customers and
competitors in key geographies to inform broad label product strategy
maintaining active communication with Global, Regional & local MS
field team
Operational Plan
· Ensure local cross functional team needs are fully considered and all
teams are fully prepared to maximize the opportunity of the broad
label as relevant for local country environment
· Co-create China tactical delivery plan for MS (with marketing team
colleagues and affiliate teams)
· Leveraging MS market analysis insights to identify priority needs and
adapting tactics to country needs as required
· Co-create the MS multi-channel campaign plan in collaboration with the
MS cross functional team
Messaging& PromoMix
· Ensure broad label messaging across the campaign and relevant
presence at International congress and standalone meetings
· Gather MS KOL/Expert opinion via appropriate advisory board meetings
in partnership with medical & China Cross functional team
· Lead message test to ensure local message adapted to meet medical
needs
Performance Tracking & Training
· Support competitive readiness in partnership with cross functional
team members and local affiliate teams
· Work in close collaboration with Decision Support and CMI group in
development of metrics to track execution of tactical programs and
appropriate KPIs to measure impact
· Coordinate relevant trainings/briefings to support regional and affiliate
based teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in medicine , pharmacy , life science
or related field , preferably with the degree of MBA
At least 5 years of marketing experience on independent working as a brand owner in healthcare MNC
Sales/sales management expereince is prefered
Experince on special care products e.g. CNS , oncology , rare disease,etc. would be prefered
Previous expereice on new product launch is value added
