Knowledgeable: 5+ years of recruiting experience
BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent.
worked with small to mid-sized companies and helping organizations scale quickly, and at least 2 or more years working in a video game/hi-tech, startup with engineering, product and design teams.
Be able to distinguish sensitive information from non-sensitive information and maintain 100% confidentiality.
Willing to jump in and help out other teams when needed.
