Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Assistant to be based in Shanghai office.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing marketing / BD documents, including but not limited to CVs, Project sheets, Announcements, Capability Statement, PPT, for MD’s review

  • Translating Presentations, Reports and other documents for MD, TD or PM’s review

  • Arranging meetings, tele-conference, net meetings

  • Managing studio daily operations and administration

  • Supporting project teams on the project documents, documents hard copies archiving and e-filings

Minimum Requirements

  • University degree holder with prior experience as an administrative assistant

  • Generally requires 0 to 3 years experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office ( including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (version 2007) )

  • Basic skills of Adobe Acrobat Pro and In design CS

  • Good knowledge of office equipment.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English are a must.
