Business Administrator Digital Industries Responsibilities Provide administrative support to our team in daily operational activities Follow up shipment, logistic arrangement, and internal workflows Prepare general reports using Excel Orders checking and verify vendor invoices Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: Diploma or above in any disciplines, with basic accounting knowledge At least 3 years of relevant experience on project administration Well-versed in MS Office and SAP is a definite advantage Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
