• Clarify customer requirement with project team and internal contact window
• Component development together with sub-assy(dimension chain stack-up, 2D & 3D)
• Define component material, DVP and Bills of Material
• Component D-FMEA
• Technical discussion with supplier and support work of purchasing side
• Engineering change: initiation,tracking and implementation
• Problem solving with internal team
• Regular communication with Global team
• Technical support for internal manufacturing

• More than 2-years related working experience in automobile industry
• Bachelor or above, major in mechanical or Automobile
• knowledge of plastic injection process or stamping process
• Strong trouble-shooting skills： 8D/FTA
• Able to cooperate within multi-function team or task-force team、
• Good communication in English; Germany is a plus
• knowledge of brake actuation, knowledge of foundation brake or steering system is a plus
