What you will be doing:

• Responsible for assisting with the planning and managing of the overall operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager
• Responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel

• Minimum of two (2) years international luxury hotel experience on the same capacity specifically with Rooms and Food & Beverage background.
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
• Effective communication, and guest relation skills, ability to communicate in local language is an advantage.
• Ability to lead Heartists effectively, results and service oriented with an eye for details.
• Knowledgeable with MS office applications.
