(Bilingual is preferred) To monitor and manage Warehouse & Transportation overall performance with customer-oriented approach, leveraging tools or methods to reach defined KPI including but not confined to on time inbound & outbound performance, delivery quality, stock accuracy etc. To define or review SOP/WI and ensure logistics service provider to comply with Warehouse & Transportation operation standard process and carry out the process audit on site To investigate the customer claims with regards to root cause, preventive action to improve delivery quality performance To verify monthly Inbound transport and warehouse billing raw data To lead warehouse & transportation CIP activities and follow up the progress of defined actions To be contact window to OC, BU, SU, external logistics service partners, etc. What do I need to qualify for this job? (Bilingual is preferred) About 3 years working experience in logistics field, Supply chain management focusing on warehouse and transport operation Good Knowledge of WMS, TMS, trace and track, etc. logistics system Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics or industrial engineering, related disciplines Good logic thinking Down to earth and detail oriented with problem solving skills Passion for logistics, warehousing, transportation… and willing to embrace challenges Other key competences as below: • CIP • Influencing with good communication skill • Execution and driving for results Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
