Eaton’s EMEA Electrical Systems & Solutions Business Unit, part of the Critical Systems Division, location Hengelo, Netherlands, is due to some new projects looking for a: Document Controller This position reports into the Manager Projects and is part of the Post-Order organization. The incumbent will be involved in projects/orders in the following products: electrotechnical switching distribution devices (medium and low voltage). Modularly furnished standard systems with customer specific solutions. Unique customer made solutions, with visibility in the market (including Aftermarket). Assignments will come via the Project managers. . Project/Order Management volume of 3-20 orders per Project manager. Projects different stages of execution, lead times of 12 weeks – 1 year, value up to €2,5 Mln. per order/project. Multidisciplinary environment. Your main duties: Managing all incoming documents via customer document management system Managing uploading documents for approval into customer document system Register all document submissions accurate in data base (Excel) Follow up on documents mile stone to customer Follow up on documents mile stone suppliers Expedite on document to suppliers (internal / external) Distribute documents within team members / suppliers Weekly Metrics – overdue Regular document control meeting with customer document control Qualifications Qualifications: Associate degree in Documentation or equivalent. 3-5 years of working experience Project management course Professional administrative skills Pro-active behaviour, team player, detail-oriented.
