Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  List in clear, concise statements what the duty is and how it is performed.  Use specific verbs of action, such as "supervise"; "compile"; "load"; "operate"; "record"; “provide”, “develop”, “lead” etc.  Avoid "prepare"; "handle" and "assist".  Ensure responsibilities for Total Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Industrial Relations and other relevant policies and legislation are included.

  • Deliver the appropriate return on investment in the Sales SME Acct team
  • Assist Senior Manager to implement Sales & Marketing Strategy in line with TGF to optimize
  • the company’s capabilities & resources by attracting new opportunities and retaining current customers
  • Ensure the Sales SME Acct team to deliver service with high reliability and consistency
  • Achieve assigned sales objectives and priorities to meet customers’ needs and keep continuous
  • Growth at company’s target market
  • Coach sales executives and develop their capabilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities
  • Analytical skills and sensible to market trends
  • Experience using CRM system 
  • Strong selling & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build respectful relationship with all levels of people
  • Team building & encourage collaboration. Supportive and ability to provide mentoring / training
  • Good command of spoken English/written English(above CET-4)
