About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Finance, our Purchasing Manager is responsible for the leading the purchasing function across three hotels. Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;

  • Working closely with department heads to plan, prioritise and execute purchasing strategy
  • Managing supplier and partner relationships to ensure optimal purchasing outcomes for the precinct
  • Overseeing the administration and control of national procurement commitment contracts
  • Supervising and managing precinct inventory, providing control support and training to operating departments as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar position or Purchasing supervisor role, with Purchase Plus experience an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to prepare, analyse and act on data
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, with a commitment to high standards
  • A desire to continue to learn and progress
