-  Product: Power Electronics

-  Thermal design: Perform thermal simulation to evaluate temperature in IGBT, heatsink, busbar, PCBA and entire ECU & inverter/DCDC system

-  Thermal measurement lab: Be responsible for the lab, core equipment is t3ster/ power tester, follow JEDEC standard

-  E-Component database: Be responsible to thermal simulation model database of E-components for local, and keep strong cooperation with CoC reliability globally

-  Work together with mechanical engineer to optimize thermal design

-  Work together with reliability engineer to define the thermal cycling profile

-  Work together with system engineer for thermal protection

-          Master or above

-          Good at communication and plan making

-          Fluent English is a must

-          Basic knowledge about semiconductors (mainly IGBT, MOSFET,ASIC) is a must

-          Working experience: 3 years+

-          Software skill: icepak, fluent, floefd and ansys, simulink
