1. Design and follow complete teaching plans that are aligned to our school’s Primary curriculum (English Language & Literature)
2. Cooperate with another Chinese class teacher and show some classroom management skills
3. Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate students’ abilities
4. Assess students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering skills on a regular basis
5. Monitor students’ interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
6. Cooperate with administration staff
7. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
