As a Cancer Therapies (CTH) Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: · Identify & highlight differentiators to improve Siemens Healthineers Oncology products & position in sales process · Work closely with CTH Product Specialist and Account Executive in sales presentations, as well as follow up with clinical responses · Identify, manage, and cultivate staff to host site visits at National and Regional Reference Sites · Support, network and assist Product Management promoting CTH products at conferences as well as responding to clinical inquires and owning the CTH product portfolio · Manage and maintain CTH library of DICOM marketing images · Presenting or demonstrating Siemens Healthineers CTH software, hardware, and workflow/processes to customers in a collaborative environment · Researching and finding new and alternative solutions to an increasingly advanced technological world in Computed Tomography in a Radiation Oncology space · Having an application or consulting background with focus in Computed Tomography and Radiation Oncology · Learning how to create marketing material, images, case studies, for mass marketing distribution · Self-starter that works independently and can manage their time · Have a basic understanding of Market Map, ONE Library, and additional Siemens tools · Have interest in advancing your career in a more marketing - pre-sale experience role · Able to find positive solutions when conventional processes are stacked against you · Understand the difference in teaching and marketing a product, knowing when to apply either skill at specific times during a presentation, discussion, or demonstration (Applications vs. Clinical Specialist) · Attend marketing events networking and promoting Siemens Cancer Therapies computed tomography equipment · Must be willing to travel, be organized, have a team first mentality, take on additional responsibilities as they develop and pride in their work Required skills to have for the success of this role ARRT Certification, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5-8 years of CT Technology experience; including experience in Medical Technology Industry Minimum 5-8 years of Oncology experience, including terminology used in the Cancer Therapies space Must have extensive Siemens CT UI experience with our Cancer Therapies go.Sim and go.Open Pro and understanding of oncology protocols and scanning needs of exams to provide and stand by Siemens’ position in the face of adverse customers with positive outcome Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
