Providing clear and timely status reports, coordinate the planning and communication within multiple teams and stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Professional project management utilising Eaton’s Project management tool set Lead problem solving and root cause analysis activities Develop and execute aligned communications plans for all key stakeholders Budget, scope, resources planning / management and business metric reporting Advanced quality planning and contingency planning Application of Organisational Change Management techniques Establish processes, tools where needed Prepares and/or approves project documentation, supports both communication, and detailed project planning and execution Tracks and Manages risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies Manage the roll out of industrialization projects and coordinate sending & receiving parties #LI-ZK1 Qualifications Are you? Required: Bachelor or Master's Degree or equivalent education. Minimum 5 years proven track record working in an MFG/SCM function. Project management experience in e.g. New Product Development, Cost outs, Transition projects. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality processes and procedures. The ability to manage change and coordinate multiple projects. Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications. Industrialization projects experience. Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent IT application & data management skills. Working knowledge of SCM processes & Systems incl. SAP Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills.
