Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! In this role, you will be responsible for Project Management of Siemens Medium Voltage System Orders pertaining to GIS, AIS and RMU portfolio. • Responsible for Project Execution ensuring completion of projects as per commitments • Responsible for clear and clarified handover from tender to execution team • Responsible for Co-ordination with Engineering and Procurement Department to achieve order milestones on time • Internal coordination with Engineering, Procurement, factory, commercial functions and logistics to ensure timely delivery of the received orders / projects • Ensuring to improve or maintain the project / order profit via good claim management and variation orders utilizing the assistance of internal team. • Resolution of any customer related project escalation to meet customer satisfaction • Understanding customer specifications and scope of work pertaining to Medium Voltage Switchgear. • Quality of revenue/receivable reports and follow-up to meet the commitments • Understanding Shell DEP and IEC • Should have Risk management skills (preferred) to anticipate project risk(s) at the time of offering and then mitigate the risk during the execution. • To think outside the box within the customer requirements / specifications and to come up with most optimize technical and commercial solution giving Siemens competitive edge over competition. • Understanding of Non Conformance reporting and cost bookings • Ensuring timely claim management and realization of claims as per claim process Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering • 6 to 10 years of Project Management experience in Medium Voltage Switchgear Projects • Familiar with International codes/Standards applied for Switchgear • Well versant with Nx-Tools, OGT calculations • Has theoretical and practical knowledge in interrelations intercultural communications, motivation techniques. • Spoken and written fluency in English language • Ability to work proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment What else do you need to know?
