• Be responsible for new customer project development acting as project leader, to ensure project objectives with defined development process
• Lead cross functional mechanical development SE-team (customer, sales, engineering, production, quality...)
• Lead team to do project requirement/time/cost/risk/change management, technical analysis/problem solving
• Release product to production and support for production launch
• Build up network with worldwide engineering team (Hungary, Japan, Germany)

• Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related major
• More than 3 years’ experience in project management
• Overall outlook to project, ability to do time/cost/risk management
• Logic thinking for problem solving & root cause analysis
• Barrier-free communication with all stakeholders in English
• Drive to results as expected on the basis of product/project knowledge, soft skills(conflict management, escalation...)
