Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

    • 1-2 years’ experience with similar responsibility.
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change.
    • Ability to accept responsibility and organize the work.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
    • Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Dynamic and result oriented 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
    • To determine effective and productive sales programs.
    • Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.
    • Assist the Sales Team in execution of sales plans and strategies.
    • Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
