The JMP candidate can start as BP, and prepared to be the pipeline for senior BP or TM CoE in the future. As future CoE, she or he should have strong conceptual thinking to be able to research and develop the HR product with inputs from RGB.

1. Systematically drive Human Resources activities in whole employee journey (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership and associates development, succession planning etc.).
2. Design and implement tailor-made solution according to business needs, it may include change management, culture breeding, organization intervention, etc.
3. Co-design with biz leader to develop and implement talent management program and itirate it per biz needs.

• Master degree or above, majoring in human resource/psychology is a plus, oversea experience preferred
• More than 3-5 year working experience in talent management.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and consultancy
• Good at communication and resource integration
• High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
• Sensitivity to market trends, conceptualized of the rough data to the biz insights
