2 Application Run (Operation)
- Production deployment
- Lead the operation tasks separately as the key focus from external and internal,e.g. trouble shooting, environment handling etc
- L3 support for IT incident in production and staging environment if required
- Provide feedback to dev team and push product team to improve the system quality and operation efficiency
- Optimize infrastructure and application monitoring alerts’ accuracy and sensitivity
- Measuring and monitoring system availability, latency and overall system health.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Provide suggestions to other team members on managing availability and performance of mission critical services
