Accor welcomes with a diverse array of spectacular new premium and luxury properties in Israel: MGallery Jerusalem Theater, MGallery Tel Aviv Elkonin and Swissôtel South Beach Tel Aviv for each hotel we are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in.

What you will be doing:

The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting, promoting employee satisfaction, guaranteeing compliance with the legislation in force, ensuring compliance with standards and ensuring the development of the talents of his establishment. He is in charge of payroll management and control, management of relations with social partners and teams, disciplinary matters, as well as training. He participates in the development of Talent & Culture policies, procedures and practices intended to meet the operational needs of the hotel and the brand.

Your experience and skills include:

Technical Business and customer relationship:

  • Oversees administrative activities related to payroll and compliance with labor laws
  • Defines and manages the budget allocated to training and human resources
  • Implements directives, policies and procedures in agreement with General Management in order to meet the needs and priorities of the establishment
  • Promotes the development of employees to enable them to fully exploit their potential
  • Implements recruitment, integration and training strategies aimed at developing employee engagement
  • Ensures the follow-up of performance evaluations
  • Advises and accompanies the Heads of Department in the training and evaluation of employees
  • Evaluates market changes and trends in compensation and makes recommendations
  • Measures employee satisfaction through surveys, round tables and individual interviews with team members and contributes with the GM and the Management Committee to the implementation of an action plan
  • Anticipates and addresses issues related to internal social relations; Responds in a timely manner to requests from co-workers and demonstrates initiative to promote team member satisfaction
  • Ensures collective labor relations, animates the representative institutions of the staff and thus contributes to the good social climate of the establishment
  • Embodies the Heartist spirit in his interactions with customers

Team management / Cross-functional involvement:

  • Oversees activities and contributes to the achievement of customer and team member satisfaction goals
  • Advise management in the management and resolution of problems that arise within the hotel
  • Communicates effectively with team members
  • Interacts positively with other departments to ensure customers receive the expected welcome
  • Shows the example by respecting the codes of the brand, the instructions concerning the dress, the presentation and guarantees the image of its collaborators in connection with the codes of the brand.

Hygiene / Safety of people / Environment:

  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
  • Knows and applies the actions to be taken in the event of a fire evacuation
  • Knows and applies the policy of the sustainable development program


Required Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources management
  • Excellent understanding of labor law
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to train team members and develop their skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and sense of initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
  • Hebrew spoken (mandatory), fluent in English (another language is a plus)
