• All food and beverage outlets, storage and provision areas are under the responsibility of the Food & Beverage Manager
• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
• Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and frequently visible in the hotel
• Schedule team shifts based on business needs
• Maximize business opportunities, up sell and cost reduction, without compromising standards
• Support connectors to improve their skills and provides the tools required for career development
• Manages, motivates and organizes personnel in order to improve the quality and the creativity of F&B Department
• Makes suggestions for service, food and F&B promotion improvement
• Takes part in the F&B hotel strategy with implementation of all marketing plan
• Improves department’s results by increasing sales, improving the management of points of sale in the restaurants, bars, and 24hr room service
Work Experience
• Education / Professional experience
• Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school
• At least 01 years’ experience in the in F&B Manager or 02 years’ in experience in the in Assistant F&B Manager in a hotel environment, has experience in Accor Group in an advantage
• Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a 3rd language would be a plus
