Job Description： * Technical data analysis and evaluation, providing inputs for product, machine and lot release.
 * Internal and external SE team leading as technical key account, communication between internal and leadplant function teams, proposal for team and management decision.
 * Leading engineering discussion towards customer.
 * Product yield control and improvement drive. Continuously final testing process optimization.
 * Standardlize working package for both NPI, SOP projects, training and bring up technicians.
 * Develop and implement testing program according to sensor test specifications.
 * Verify and release testing program without product quality risk.
 * Risk assessment for abnormal issue.
 * Develop application software to improve working efficiency, including I4.0 applications
 * Work with internal and external teams to evaluate and develop test solutions for new products.
 

Qualifications：

 * Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics,  Bachelor
 * 2 years+ experience in Semiconductor Testing
 * Familiar with MEMS product
 * Familiar with debug tools, such as oscilloscope, function generator, Spectrum analyzer
 * Familiar with electronic measurement fundamental
 * Fluent oral and written English
