This is a commissioned sales position at Team Panasonic in Japan 1st Sales Group.
Responsible for managing and developing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at account.
Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long term.
Responsible for exceeding assigned annual billing and design win quotas in conjunction with FAE.
Negotiating and discussing in local language (Japanese) including pricing agreements and interfacing with the business operation team on critical supply chain needs.
Driven working with sales and marketing field members, responsibilities include: winning business at assigned accounts while increasing premium product mix and ramping new technologies, running corporate sales and marketing campaigns to improve Intel's brand and business position, and developing cohesive customer technology solutions that increase the usage of Intel products/services while building business capabilities.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in sales field as more than 5Yrs
- Understanding of the eco system and their influence in iA sale
- Ability to identify growth segments and groom the business by promoting end solution based on iA and adjacency
- Ability to take aggressive targets and achieve them with quarterly goals
- Collaborative skills to work cross-teams in country as well as with the Business Units.
- Having big desire in learning from successes and mistakes.
- Comfort with risk-taking and disruptive approaches to drive Business Units success.
- Results orientated person, skilled in building relationship with Executive Level inside the covered ecosystem.
- Can-do spirit and attitude.
- Ability to build Growth Plan / Strategy

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
