Job Summary

Ø  MEMS sensor / ASIC product and tester responsibility in final testing

Ø  Ownership (identification, trouble shooting and solving) of all product related final testing issues.

Ø  Technical data analysis and evaluation, support Engineering and Production in product related risk assessments and releases.

Ø  Responsible for tester release and maintainace for different tester platform

Ø  Verify and release testing program without product quality risk.

Ø  Internal and external SE team leading as technical key account, communication between internal and leadplant function teams, proposal for team and management decision.

Ø  Leading engineering discussion towards customer.

Ø  Product related KPI management control and drive improvement. Continuously final testing process optimization.

Ø  Standardlize working package for both NPI, SOP projects, training and bring up technicians.

Ø  Cooperate in project-team for the implementation of I4.0 in final testing

Ø  Work with internal and external teams to evaluate and develop test solutions for new products.

Job Responsibilities

Ø  Complete product ownership from technical aspects, i.e. alignment of specification, testing criterea, releases, etc.

Ø  Technical contact window to the customer.

Ø  Coordination of technical topics within project team. 

Education:

Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics,  Bachelor or above

Working Experience:

3 years+ experience in Semiconductor Testing

Knowledge/Skills:

-        Familiar with Semiconductor technology or MEMS technology or final testing

-        Experience with measurement fundamentals.  

-        Familiar with data statistical analysis tools and methods

-        Fluent oral and written English

-        Experience in Product management in production environment.

-        Familiar with ATE HW/SW debugging or working principle for high-speed digital, mixed-signal (ADC,SPI,IIC, PSI...).
