Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

BSEE +15yrs post-Si engineering experience or MS +12yrs post-Si engineering experience.

7+ yrs people management experience .

4+ yrs management experience of team 8+ employees.

Excellent written/oral communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SVOS, PythonSV, Cafe, and Post-Si validation tools and process.

Knowledge in one or more IP blocks (PnP, Security, Mem/RAS, PM/RST, Core, HSIO)Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
