Here is a taste of what you can expect from this graduate role: Work on the fleet performance team at our Ardwick depot Support the Performance manager with managing and maintaining performance of our fleet of trains Attend meetings with our customers to ensure high quality of performance Collaborate closely with different levels of the business from technicians to senior stakeholders The Candidate We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following: Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Electrical Engineering/Digital related degree. You are customer orientated and are able to communicate with varying levels of our business. You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving You can work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions What else do I need to know?
