Key responsibilities

• Developing new business, targeting Corporate and Room Only Group opportunities;
• Identifying and converting sales leads into new business opportunities;
• Co-ordination and hosting of familiarisation and site inspections;
• Organising and leading sales calls;
• Participation in promotional and joint venture opportunities in conjunction with Accor Sales and Marketing;
• Developing  and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Accounts.

Attributes & Skills

• Excellent communication skills and immaculate personal presentation;
• Demonstrated sales experience in Corporate account management;
• 5 star Luxury hotel experience required;
• A proven guest focus and ability to build a rapport with internal and external clients;
• Proficiency in computer applications, software and social media;
• Passionate about building a career within Sales;
• Excellent attention to detail.
