1.Product lifecycle Management + Operations and Support

- Manage the entire lifecycle of a product from conception, through design and development, to service and maintenance.

- Take care of product financial balance for the sustainable development of the product.

- Act as Support Level 2 and 3 in product support concept.

2.Thinking global, Acting regionally

- Management of the China digital product roadmap and prioritization of client requirements with Global product roadmap in view.

- Collaborate closely with the Global Product & Technology Team to achieving our business goals.

3.Marketing & Consulting

- Work with IT Marketing and Sales, IT Business team in development of product positioning, go-to-market strategies,

and pre/post sales activities related to product functionality as well as determine and set client expectations on potential technology solutions and development timeline.

4.Project & Service Delivery

- Work closely with Project Manager, Solution Manager, Technical Experts, and Product Owners for pricing to clients and develop client proposals.

- Work closely with Project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and quality expectation.

- Major in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline (bachelor or master)

- 4 years above experience of digital product management / project management or software development

- Solid understanding of project management, methodologies, and hands-on experience in managing all aspect of project delivery, including vendor relationship management

- Good teamwork and cooperation with global team

- Fluent in spoken and written English. Daily communication with global team is mandatory

- Ability to multi-task, Customer oriented, business analytics and consulting skill is must

- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation

- Python or programing or AI background is plus

- eSignature and Chatbot Platform knowledge is preferred
