Job Description

Job purpose:

As a part of the Information Technology Department, you will report to the Head or the Director of the department. To provide end users with assistance on technical issues by answering questions over the phones or by emails, making initial diagnosis of any malfunction of computers and other IT devices, performing troubleshooting and taking remedial actions in a timely and efficient manner.

Your responsibilities will be:

·       Working with IT support team to provide first level IT assistance in compliance with the bank’s standards.

·       Installing and managing hardware and software on the bank’s workstations, thin clients, printers and other equipment.

·       Performing IT material stock management by following inventory and obsolescence procedure.

·       Ensure IT requests are met in an efficient way and keep user satisfaction on high level.

·       Troubleshooting and solving IT issues remotely (by email or phone) or though on-site interventions.

·       Assisting in active directory, anti-virus, patching and other security control software management.

·       Preparing technical documentation and materials to improve IT services.

Performing other tasks and participating new IT projects as assigned by the director of division and head of department.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

·       Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

·       Very good command of English and Chinese, good French or German is a strong plus.

·       No mandatory working experience required.

Profile (Soft Skills):

·       Focus on quality, good customer support skills, patience and accuracy.

·       Drive for results, know how to manage priorities.

·       Be creative, open to change, committed to the team.

·       Good learning skills with proactive attitude.
