Welcome to visit: https://www.mobility.siemens.com/hk/en.html Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take the responsibility of implementing all elements of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (“EHSQ”) management system in entire business operations especially the engineering activities on construction sites. The primary responsibilities include: • To assist the Head of EHSQ and Quality/ Safety Manager to maintain and implement safety and environmental management system in accordance with company EHSQ policy and legislative requirements • To ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and corporate requirements • To provide technical support, professional advice and guidance to management • To establish and review safety standards, procedures and training programs • To review risk assessment for on working activities • To conduct inspections and internal audits • To investigate accidents, determine root causes and identify measure controls • To assist F&IU and ISO audits • To perform any other duties assigned from time to time • To liaise with customer’s safety management teams • To co-ordinate all aspects of safety and environmental management for work teams on site • To conduct on-site safety training • To conduct on-site safety inspections and audits, preparing reports where necessary • To prepare and review risk assessment • To support corporate safety activities • To ensure industry best practice Requirements: Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: • Diploma or above in related discipline • Registered Safety Officer with railway and of major construction projects experience (more than 3 years of experience is preferrable) • Post registered experience in construction as well as engineering environment • Proactive and mature personality with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills • Strong team player and collaborator • Ability to work independently with good time management • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese • Computer literate, confidently using both English and Chinese Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Working location: Kwun Tong and various project sites • Night shift work will be required How to Apply: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
