Job Description

Prime Function:

  • Identify, analyze & report business trends in the market with appropriate recommendations for new opportunities
  • Develop strategies & grow Corporate, Meetings & Events revenue.
  • Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management , including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts
  • Ability to work well under pressure while handling short lead times when necessary
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Well versed with  Cvents/Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively with Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Responsible for providing an Annual Sales Plan and also quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
  • Responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Develop action plan related to the Annual Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.

Work Experience

  •  Prior relevant experience of 5 - 8 years.
  • Ability to drive change and look for operational efficiencies across the network
  • Exceptional management and Motivational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leader with the ability to guide, coach, motivate and exhibition.
