1. According to the company's overall strategy and annual objectives, complete the overseas offline sales objectives and channel expansion objectives;
2. Establish and improve the company's offline sales team, including planning, organization, progress control and supervision, and achieve sales objectives;
3. Responsible for the establishment, management and implementation of overseas offline sales management system;
4. Expand and manage overseas sales channels, coordinate and maintain customer relations, and establish stable and balanced overseas sales network system and customer relations;
5. Draw up annual expense plan, supervise and review various expenses, reasonably control expenses and ensure maximum benefits.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, fluent in English;
2. More than 5 years of overseas e-commerce offline sales experience in Europe,America and Japan, and 3 years of the same position experience in kitchen utensils related category company;
3. Own various of the customer resources and Channels are preferred;
4. Excellent leadership ability, organization and coordination ability, communication and influence ability and pressure resistance ability;
5. Strong innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and market expansion ability.
